Rachel Bilson, her cute mini-me Briar Rose, were spotted shopping for a Christmas Tree in Toluca Lake. Rachel has mastered cozy chic and this outfit is no exception. Her 'Fisherman' cardigan (found HERE) with whimsical whale and fish intarsia is just too cute. She wore it over a white T-shirt and completed the relaxed look with white sneakers.
