Gift Guide: For The Hostess
Today I’m sharing my list of favorite hostess gifts. Whether you’re the hostess with the most-ess or the gleeful guest who doesn’t have to cook on Thanksgiving, chances are you will wear both hats at one time or another this holiday season. I always stock up on my hostess gifts in November or early December, so that I’m prepared for upcoming parties and last minute get-togethers as well.
I’m a fan of the classics, but classics dressed up for the holidays…special tokens of love that say “thank you” with style and panache. My gift guide for the hostess includes a cheery plaid Tartan tote that dresses up the standard bottle of wine and a cheeky brass bottle opener, a perfect-for-mother-in-law’s pretty printed teacup or classic monogram mug and a perfect-for-mom printed apron.
And if you’re playing hostess, maybe you can treat yourself to a pretty soap-and-lotion duo, a pair of practically pretty coasters ( I adore these and get so many compliments on them ), or a sweet acorn or apple rose gold candle . Treat yourself and your friends with this lovely assortment of hostess gifts this season. Cheers!
